Permitted Payments And Tenant Protection Information

Variation of Contract (Tenants Request)-£50 (inc VAT) per agreed variation  
Change of Sharer (Tenants Request)-£50 (inc VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher
Early Termination (Tenants Request)-Tenants are liable for unpaid rental and other reasonable costs incurred by the agent but capped at the landlord's loss with the early termination of the tenancy
Any other permitted payments stated under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 including contractual damages

Tenant will be liable to pay for the following services directly to the supplier:
Utilities include gas, water and electricity. Communications include telephone, broadband (including the installation of Satellite/cable. Television licence and council tax.
